I want to do actual real colored xray effect on photos and videos that can see through a far distance of 35ft with zoom in detailed. The technology these days are going good crazy. What software would it be is it photoshop or something else.

Here's an X-ray of a horse's hoof that I added a color gradient and also turned it into a depth map. I also applied an oil paint filter.

Applying a color gradient to an X-ray will add some color.

Since x-ray is outside the visible spectrum the words "x-ray" and "color" in the same sentence seemed odd. I googled "color x-ray" and found this article and others about work being done in New Zealand that sounds very exciting.

Bloody, Colorful X-Rays Reveal the Strange Beauty Of Human Body Parts

As you might expect, it is not actual color that is recorded but rather an interpretation of various x-ray responses and colors assigned to those responses.

Samples appear in this and similar articles that, with Photoshop, you could attempt to simulate, starting with a conventional x-ray image.

It seems really unclear to me what you mean, so as Nancy OShea mentioned please post an example.

But as you mention video it seems unlikely that Photoshop will be the best choice because Photoshop’s video capabilities are limited.

Can you show us an example of what you're looking to do?
