Am uing PS CS5 version form some photo editing do I have to pay for this version because it's not support now.

If you don’t have a licence for the software you are not allowed to use it. 

Adobe does not sell licenses to obsolete program versions so how and when did you get the license?

No, I don't have one..  but I need a legeal way to use it..

Theoretically I think someone with a valid license could transfer it to you by registering the transfer at Adobe (not sure where exactly, though), but if you buy one over the web it is quite possibly that you might get ripped off … 

 

Where did you even get the installer for Phitishop CS5?
