Do I have to pay for using Photoshop CS5?

Am uing PS CS5 version form some photo editing do I have to pay for this version because it's not support now.

If you don’t have a licence for the software you are not allowed to use it. 

Adobe does not sell licenses to obsolete program versions so how and when did you get the license?

No, I don't have one..  but I need a legeal way to use it..

CS5 is so old that there's no way to get a legal license for it now.

 

If you want to go legitimate, your only practical option is to take out a subscription to the Photography package. It costs about $10 a month for a one-year commitment, slightly more for a month-to-month.

 

The photography package contains the full and latest versions of Photoshop, Lightroom and Bridge.
