In your other topic, I posted some scripts that create pixel based lines from guides. As a last resort, Illustrator can live trace these into paths, which might be OK for you...

 

If you can find a script that converts guides to paths, then the paths can be exported to Illustrator and you can then turn the paths into guides in Illustrator.
