PC/Windows 11
64 GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070
Adobe Photoshop 24.3.0 (Will absolutely NOT update to the latest version)
1 internal HDD 1TB for scratch disk plus 2 external with additional scratch disk
I am working to and from an external 10 TB HDD
I've been experiencing BSOD way too frequently over the past 2 months, with no indication of the cause. Photoshop and/or Bridge just stop, crash, and I have to restart. This only happens with Photoshop & Bridge, but the only other program that I use extensively is Camtasia (which has not crashed), so it's hard to say if it is PS or the computer itself.
It can happen during viewing/deleting images in Bridge, editing a 4-layer image, or editing a 100-layer image. No rhyme or reason that I can determine. I lost a solid 4 hours of work today because of a crash and when I reopened PS, the "recovered" document was completely destroyed. (recovered document attached)
I've spent a lot of time searching for this issue, but have not come across anything here in the forums, or even just generally online.
Thank you for any help!
