document window on top but PS under other apps.

I like the old photoshop where there was no cover on back.. meaning if I had a file open and I moved it over I would see apps below but everything stayed together. Now I can have a file open and I try to get to the layers but when I shuffle apps it does not come up, if I have many windows I have to move other apps .. I went through settings and see nothing. Thanks

    If your on a mac, you can go to Window>Application Frame.

    That will then be like the older photoshop versions on a mac.

    Windows versions of photoshop have the Application Frame on all the time and can't be turned off like on the mac side.
