Does anyone have a set of actions that will 1. Enable Snap and Extras and 2. Disable Snap and Extras

I need two actions (or scripts) that will let me either disable or enable View > Snap and View > Extras. I have an action that will toggle between them but it isn't ideal because they can get out of sync. I want one action to disable, and another to enable. Is this possible?

Would really appreciate if anyone here could conjure this up!

2. View->Show->All, View->Show->Toggle unnecessary.
