Does anyone know how to create this graphic or what particular brush to use to create this?

Hi everyone. Hopefully someone can help me out!

I'm trying to re-create this graphic - not this actual one - different contours etc.. as a vector. None of the brushes I have found end up looking like this. Does anyone know of a good brush for this or a technique?

Thanks!!!

So what good would Photoshop Brushes be to you?

Those create pixels, maybe you should try using Illustrator for this.

I can not find any illustrator brush which is like this.

Have you tried Kyle T Webster’s Gouache Brushes yet? Edit: Or Dry Media?

But naturally those do not create vector output.

That artwork in vector format is going to be a real challenge.  There are ways, but it would require creating a spatter brush ( or similar ) in Illustrator.  Not sure why you are asking about vector art in Photoshop which is a bitmap program.
