Double strokes with pen makes tool go back, please fix this

Whenever I do a double stroke immediately after switching tools, it turns back to the previous tool. Please tell me how to remove this.

Tap once to switch tools. If you press and hold, you enable "Spring Loaded" tools, which changes the tool while the key is down, then reverts to the prior tool when the key is up.

    Right, but that's not related to the issue I have. I don't use spring loaded tools. Watch the video, look at the issue.
