Doubt about installation for NGOs

Question

I applied for the Adobe NGO discount and now have the $15 annual plan. I’ve already activated it, made the payment, and downloaded Adobe Creative Cloud. However, when trying to install the programs, it shows "Free Trial" / "Buy". But I’ve already purchased it. Shouldn't it simply show "Install"?

I think you need to contact TechSoup or whichever vendor you purchased from for details on how to activate your license.

Some 3rd party vendors give you a 24 character alphanumeric redemption code with which to redeem your serial number. Others require you to log-in with your ID and password to activate the product license.
