Download link to Camera Raw 7.3

I'd appreciate any help with my workflow issue. I just purchased a Canon 6D to back up my 5dMk3...and I am unable to open the raw files...previously had been shooting 5dMk3 and working in CS5.   I have CS6...but the latest Camera Raw update that I found on the adobe site will not open on my Computer as I am running OS 10.9.  I believe what I need is Camera Raw 7.3...but I cannot find a link to download.  Am I on the right track here and can anyone help with a link to download the 7.3 version of camera raw.  Thanks!  Julia

The 6D is supported by Camera Raw 7.3+ and the 5D Mark III is supported by Camera Raw 7.1+.

Photoshop CS6 can be updated to 9.1.1 so download and install 9.1.1.

Camera Raw installer for Adobe Photoshop CC and CS6​

Camera Raw 9.1.1 is compatible with Mac OS X 10.7–10.12.
