Would not be able to download. Ive check my storage and download speed of the connection. However it still wouldnt download it would stop at 0.4% they would say that i have another app or same download going in the background. but ive deleted it and restared. then redownloaded it but would still never install.

Try restarting your Macbook Pro. That should kill any other installer and you can try again when you log in.

this happens a lot with Catalina because the old storage area is listed as a 32bit location and the OS blocks it assuming you want to install old software... try the simple steps 1st then rename the app folder normally clears it without needing a total wipe
