Downloading Particleshop to adobe photoshop cc

Question

I have used Corel Paintshop for a long time now, and have already bought Particleshop and a lot of brushes-newest updated version or at least 2017-2018 version. I recently bought a plan for Adobe Photoshop so I can try it out for this year and I know corel says particleshop is compatible with Photoshop... however I do not know how to get the "Apps" to recognize my Particleshop I already have.

I have already downloaded Photoshop and Lightroom, opened both, exited them, then re-installed my particleshop as "repair" and neither "App" recognizes it still... I see that I can go to the "creative.adobe /addon" website, but it only gives me the option to buy particleshop... But I already own it... How do I fix this?

I got it situated, they helped me out: Just copying short cut of plugin to the adobe file... but what we did differently was when opening it in the Adobe program. They had me open it/find it a different way. All the other places told me to go to Window > Extensions > ParticleShop ..... and this way would not work, But the Corel staff told me to go to Filters > Painter > ParticleShop and it worked! Horray. Thank ya'll.

Hi there, as I read from the plugin you have purchased "The software is compatible with Windows 7 64-bit and higher, including Windows 10, and Mac OS X 10.10 and under."

Please let us know you are meeting these requirements.
If yes, I think you have to contact the Particleshop developers and ask them.
It's not an Adobe product so you have to look into their support I think.

Check also if you are installing it into the right directory since it's a plugin it should be into the plugin directory.
