Drag and drop for HISTORY

OK, while we all deal with the loss of direct tab-to-tab drag and drop, (anxiously waiting for the programmers to undo their boo-boo), do you think you could possibly fix the omission of this ability for history states? It seems like a no brainer for history states to behave in the same fashion. I have had to do the work-around Adobe suggests for the layers snafu (arrange windows 2-up for drag and drop) for moving history states from one tab to another.

 

It would be greatly appreciated.
