Following folder is a downloaded one. How to draw a border line like this in the other yellow color downloaded folder?

If you take a closer look at the newly created rounded corners, you will understand why I advise against the Photoshop stroke effect (as I did in your other thread).

I only need only need these type of folders for idetification pupose when those are in Windows explorer. Therefore precision does not a matter.
