Drawing zoom error and pen pressure does not work

boa tarde tudo bem?

 

pois bem, meu problema é: aqui depois que atualizei o photoshop 2022 ontem dia 16/04 

 

mesmo ativando o modo grafico, ainda o zoom nao funciona, ja fechei e abrir, e nada

 

e outra, a pressao da caneta antes da atualizaçao nao funciona, ja ta tudo ativado, o que pode ser?

 

 

muto obrigado, ahh e isso esta me atrapalhando, desenhar fica chato e ruim

Thank you for the update @gilalmeidaart. We will need the entire system info to be able to see what might be happening, the screenshot of the top part is not enough. You can paste the info in a reply here and the team will be able to look into this further.

 

Have you tried:

Go to Preferences > Technology Previews... and check "Disable Native Canvas" - then restart Photoshop. Does the problem still occur?

Hi @gilalmeidaart sorry to hear this.

 

Let's make sure we're in a default state and there are no stale settings somewhere: 

Restore your preferences using this manual method:  

https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/preferences.html#Manually 

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

 

 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

I even tried this method, the pen pressure came back but on the video card even with the video card enabled the zoom when dragging the screen still doesn't work, this happened in this recent update now, I will send the screenshots


before this update it was normal
