drawings from photos with photosphop (like ToonApp)

Hi,

I really like cartoons done with ToonApp (https://toon.app/). The resulting drawings are beautiful and harmonious. And it's very quick !

I'd like to know if we can get a similar result with photoshop?

One can create such illustrations in Photoshop but I know no current Filter that would achieve it quickly (and with a reasonably good result).
