Dry Media Brushes

I use Photoshop 2022 (v23.3.2), but the photoshop dry media brushes that I have installed were downloaded in 2012 and I need a specific brush that is not part of this group.  The brush I'm looking for is: Hard Round Pressure Opacity and Flow. It should be within Legacy Brushes > Dry Media Brushes

I spent nearly 3 hours looking of this brush this morning and cannot find a source for it anywhere.

Clicking on Get More Brushes in the Brushes window is useless - it sends you to an adobe marketing webpage for Kyle's brushes but there is NO option for downloading any brushes. This should not be so time consuming and difficult.

How can I download the latest Dry Media Brush group that includes this brush?

    I did a search for "Hard Round Pressure Opacity and Flow" in the Brushes panel and found it in General Brushes in Photoshop 23.3.2
