Duplicating in layers panel by dragging with option should work, right?

When I attempt to duplicate a layer in the layers panel by draggin and holding option, it doesnt work. Im pretty sure Ive done this a million time before, or I am going crazy. Can anyone confirm this should be possible?

Option + Drag in the Layers panel still works for me. 

• PS 22.5
• macOS 10.15.7

Hi Jane, yes sorry mac version is 10.15.7

Simmer1, yep Command+J works fine.

I might try upgrade to 22.5 (temporarily) to see if the issue is there too.

Okay I upgraded to 22.5 and downgraded back to 22.4.3 and restarted my machine and it's working as expected again.
