hello evrybody, can you tell me if I can turn photo's face of 3/4. If I can do it, what should I do?

a face photographed from the front does not contain any information about what the side of the face looks like, so this cannot be done. It could maybe be faked by someone with a lot of experience in portrait painting, but it would not be cheap.
