How do you edit CSF files ?
And is there a way I can backup all the RGB working spaces, as I want to remove most of them and only have a few which I use often ?

I think StrongBeaver is talking about photoshp's Color Settings File (.csf).
The file that is saved when one goes to Edit>Color Settings in photoshop.

Yes you can save your own color setting Preferences into a .CSF using Edit Color setting Dialog Save button. You should always edityour images in a standard RGB color space like sRGB , Adobe,RGB or ProPhotoRGB. Not your Monitor or Printers color Profile. I have set up several for my own use.

I meant edit the file by means of a editor, to change settings rather then though the Color Settings panel.

Photoshop Color setting file are encoded with some Adobe internal format. The only way I know how to edit color the settings and save Photoshop color setting files is using Photoshop Edit Color settings UI. They are not simply a text file you can edit with a text editor. You could edit the with a hex editor but creatind a valid file is an other story..
