When I use the command (edit>perspective warp)
After the line is drawn, press warp command.
I found the problem that The image is always upside down.
How do I adjust keep the image not upside down

but can be fixed temporarily

@MotoJumpShots, thanks for letting us know. Yes, it seems this is happening for some users using both warp and perspective warp, just as you described. Adobe engineers are aware of the issue and looking into it. Did you try checking “Older GPU mode” under Preferences > Technology Previews to see if that made a difference? Be sure to restart Photoshop after making that change.

This is apaprently a bug in the latest version. Consider installing the previous 2022 version of PS if you need this feature. Otherwise you'll have to wait for an update to fix it (again).
