I click on 3d and create layers 3d for editing the 360 image. But the whole image is black then (like in the screenshot). With Photoshop 2019 i had no problems with the same procedure.
Anybody know whats the problem?

Hi there,
Welcome to the Community!
That does not sound good, could you please try enabling "Legacy compositing" located in Photoshop's Preferences > Performance, then relaunch Photoshop and let us know if it helps?
What kind of Graphics Card is installed in the computer? Also, which operating system are you working on?
Regards,
Sahil

Hi Sahil,
i have tried it. But it is still black.
I have a windows 10 64bit with a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 with Max-Q Design.
With Photoshop 2019 it was never a problem.
Regards

I have the exactly same issue!
Also try with Sahil soluiton and nothing happens.
The only solution i found is to import directly the equirectangular image with IMPORT PANORAMA in the 3d Menu.
But, when i try to edit anything in 3d enviroment it missbehave.
I usually duplicsate the layer, rasterize, en the edit (ex: clone). After that i merge down, but it is giving me blury image in the edited zone.

Hello,
You will have to change the installation language of the Creative Cloud app to English, then re-install photoshop.
In the preferences > interface, change the UI language to English.
Now, the panorama should work.
It seems that the team has to fix some bugs with localized versions
