Looks like the HDR effect from the Nik filters. Could of course be re-created manualyl as well with a bunch of duplicated layers, contrast adjustments, sharpening and so on and all brought together using blending modes.

Looks like the high pass filter on a separate layer that is set to linear light blend mode. Add some curves to match the color a bit.

Hi Chuck,

Thank you very much for your advice and time...

I tried to achieve it. It's not exactly the same but it is almost the same. I don't know how to make the Curve in separate layer, that's why I made it in the pass filter. If you think your way it is better, please let me know how to do it.

I found a forum where there is a link of that Google free Nik filter. I download it but I haven't instaled it yet. It must be scanned for virus first! Here is the link on the subject: https://forum.affinity.serif.com/index.php?/topic/19182-google-nik-collection-is-now-free-for-everyo...

If anyone has other idea how to make that effect on the photos I would appreciate it to hear it.

Here is another effect I am curious about. Please see the photo below. Does anyone know how it can be created???font effect.jpgexpand image

To use the highpass filter to do this, just duplicate the main layer. Set the blend mode of the duplicate layer to Linear Light (You can also try overlay, softlight, hardlight, etc). Apply the high pass filter under Filter>Other>High Pass to your liking. You can add an additional curves adjustment layer, by clicking on the adjustment layer icon in the layer pallet and then tweak the contrast, shadows, highlights, and color to get closer to what you want.
