Email Download link keeps looping

Unfortunately, when I follow the instructions and send myself the download link for photoshop, it loops me back to the same exact page. Now, I use a chromebook 315, if that helps. I've also tried this for FireFox, and the same result happens.I'm not sure what to do. And thoughts?

You do realise that Photoshop CC needs a Windows or MacOS Operating system? It will not run on Chrome OS or Android ( a separate version is available for iOS but it does not have all the functionality of Windows or Mac is versions)

Hi. Do you want to download and install Photoshop? Download the Creative Cloud Desktop App first: https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/desktop-app.html

After that, look Photoshop on the list and install it.
