Can I know the version of this font and the license?

support answered that licenses vary from version to version.

I think the site you linked to only gives Emojione as an example of an SVG font, which Photoshop now supports. As Benjamin Welch states, Adobe does not provide the font.

So, If you have the font, you can use it in Photoshop, but you do not obtain the font from Adobe.
