Empty blocks / boxes in picture

All the time when I transparant the background of a picture, and then save the image, it will save it will boxes / empty places. Also when I want to use them, the boxes are still there. It worked only once (middle picture).

Could you please try unchecking the graphics processor under Edit > Preferences > Performance and then relaunch Photoshop?
