Empty file info dialog box

In Photoshop CS6 when I try to get File>File Info it results in a empty file info dialog box.(See attached)

1. I cannot close this box as it is not an option (the red and yellow buttons are greyed out)

2. I have to force-quit photoshop to get everything to close.

3. I'm using a Macbook Pro, 15" Late 2013

Please see attached image. Any ideas as to why this is happening and how do I fix it?

Legacy CS6 is unsupported.

You didn't tell us which OS you have. But CS6 will never work on macOS Catalina or Big Sur.
