Enregistrer pour le Web - erreur

Bonjour à tous,

Voilà quelques jours que je n'arrive plus à générer mes GIF grâce à l'option "Enregistrer pour le Web".

Je pensais qu'il y avait des éléments ou images qui ne passaient pas dans mon GIF, mais j'ai fait un test avec d'anciens fichiers et même ceux-là ne veulent plus s'exporter...

J'ai constamment le même message d'erreur :" Erreur. Impossible d'effectuer l'opération".

Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider ? J'ai retourné le problème dans tous les sens mais je ne trouve aucune solution.

Hi Justine

Are you trying to save an animated GIF?  Are you using File > Export > Save for Web ?

If you are using the correct steps, then something might be broken.  Especially if old files are also proving to be a problem.

First step is is to try resetting Preferences.

Next is to reinstall Photoshop, but run the Cleaning tool after uninstalling

Use the CC Cleaner Tool for installation issues

How do we change Preferences ?

Maybe it's the thing that block my creation.
