Question

Epson ET-8550 Printer

I own an Epson ET8550 printer, and I can't get it to print A3+-size paper from the rear feed. I'm sure something is missing in the print dialog boxes somewhere. Here is what I have done so far: I set the default paper size on my Mac within the Printer and Scanner settings to A3, and I set the paper size in Photoshop to 13x19. And still, I can't print the A3+ size on the printer.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hello,

I have a ET-8550 and I am able to print A3+ fine art photo paper from the single slot rear feet.  Make sure A+ is set in all of the applications that you are using.  I print all photos from the Epson Print Layout utility which is a stand alone application.  Select the print size from the pull down.  You can set most print paramerers here, which take priority over the Photoshop settings. The Epson print layout is real easy to print photos from.

Hope this helps.

@astrowater I'm afraid this is most likely a question best answered by Epson tech support.

I hope this helps

The A3+ size is 13x19 https://paper-size.com/size/a3-plus-a-paper-sizes.html

The Epson takes 13x19 paper from the rear feed. When I try to print 13x19 the prints come out 8x10 on the 13x19 size paper???
