Hi everyone,

Iv'e recently found that after I updated my photoshop through my creative cloud account app

It crashes every time I goto print..

I have an Epson XP-960 printer on our home network and it has worked reliably for all devices that use it including photoshop on my PC until now.

Can anyone please help me resolve this issue or point me in the right direction?

Hi

you can quite easily reset the preferences, it often helps in situations like this: https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/photoshop/using/preferences.html

I hope this works for you

I would do the following in this order and testing each time.

1. Hold down the spacebar whilst clicking File>Print. That resets the Photoshop print dialogue

2. Reset Photoshop's preferences. The preference files contain more than just the user set preferences and are saved each time Photoshop closes. If they become corrupt problems can occur.

3. Uninstall and reinstall the printer driver
