Eraser tool, Lasso tool, and Pattern stamp tool are not working properly

I recently updated Photoshop CC to the newest version , now every time I try to use my lasso, eraser or pattern stamp tool after releasing left mouse button  the straight line goes to the upper left side (not straight to the corner). It's very frustrating. How I can fix it? 

I've reset the tools, reset all Photoshop settings in my performance tabs and all.
