erreur 0xc0000142 after update

Hello, after updating photoshop i can't open it anymore without getting an error message "the application failed to start correctly (0xc0000142)". I uninstalled and put back an older version but nothing works, still the same error. What can I do ? Thank yo

Photoshop as with any software gets updated on a regular basis so they can run on the ever evolving hardware and operating systems.

You need to check the minimum system requirements for each new version which can be found here.

So you need to update your hardware if you want to continue upgrading your software.

I just spent €1800 on a new PC to replace my aging 9 year old system, the old PC runs fine at the moment but I know it might not be able to run newer versions of software going forward and that's mainly due to the i7 3770K CPU and the motherboard, the GPU is a RTX2060 Super so that will go into my new PC.

Thank you for your reply. The issue is resolved by installing a 2020
version of photoshop. It is not normal to pay and not be able to access the
updates!
