Erro de conexão na Creative cloud e IA do Photoshop.

O problema do photoshop começou recentemente, e eu não consigo utilizar a IA do photoshop pois afirma que não tenho conexão com a internet, assim como mostra a imagem abaixo, no Illustrator aparece algo como "Estamos com uma alta demanda" então não sei se é algo relacionado.

OBS: Eu utilizava a IA do Photoshop até recentemente (algumas semanas atrás, não muitas.) o erro também aparece na versão Beta, e eu tenho créditos generativos disponiveis.

Can you provide more details about the issue? What version of Photoshop and Operating System are you using?

Also, please check your firewall or antivirus settings to make sure Adobe, Firefly, and Photoshop are allowed.

If you're still seeing the errors, you can check the documentation here to see if your device Hosts file is set up correctly: https://adobe.ly/3Pe8EKs

 

There are a few steps to configuring the OS Firewall, too. If you don't have an IT Team managing your machine or the Internet network, you can reach out to Microsoft Support and if you have any 3rd party Antivirus, you can seek help from the respective support teams.
