As per the Adobe site the reason for this error is mentioned below

Error code P72 indicates that either Windows updates are not installed or Windows is unable to validate digital certificates.

Solution

Install all Windows updates. If the problem persists, follow the steps to validate digital certificates as described in Bootstrap installation error codes 42 and 72.
