I've already tried everything I've seen here about this error but nothing seemed to work out

Fui até o Firewall do Windows Defender em "Regras de entrada" - "Adobe Unlicensed Pop Up" estava bloqueado, então o habilitei, saí do Creative Cloud e quando voltei, o Photoshop estava funcionando!

Hey, @tainá_8291. Welcome to the Photoshop Community. I'll need more info to help you figure this out. I've checked the account you've used for Community & you have a team/enterprise subscription.

Is this a personal machine, or does an IT team manage the device? If yes, ensure all the Adobe Network endpoints are whitelisted.

In the Creative Cloud app, press CTRL + ALT + T (Win) to launch Creative Cloud Troubleshooter & select 'Close Creative Cloud and related processes' > click on Go.

2- Windows - Press Windows + R to open the Run Window. Type in %temp% and delete files or folders with 'NGL' in their names.

3- Restart the computer. Sign in to Creative Cloud again & check if the issue exists.

Let us know if the error persists. Thanks!

@Sameer K

I just did that, it didnt work. It is my personal machine.

I can use all programs like illustrator, premiere, but this happens exclusively when I open Photoshop. I've already tried to download older versions of it too
