Buenas tardes.

Tengo Adobe de pago.

Desde anoche al abrirlo me da error.

Una ventana emergente dice que no puede abrirse.

He desinstalado desde Adobe Creative Cloud y vuelto a instalar.

Hi, I tried logging out in creative cloud, closing all active processes, uninstalling and installing and it doesn't work.

Hi @Juan Camilo28230025ao6z

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Thank you,

Cory

I can't click anything inside the application, I can't open any menu, it just closes and that's it.

Ok, understood @mancera

Let's try this method:

Manually removing preferences files is the most complete method for restoring Photoshop to its default state. This method ensures all preferences and any user presets which may be causing a problem are not loaded.

  • Quit Photoshop.

  • Navigate to Photoshop's Preferences folder.

macOS: Users/[user name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings

Windows: Users/[user name]/AppData/Roaming/Adobe/Adobe Photoshop [version]/Adobe Photoshop [version] Settings

  • Drag the entire Adobe Photoshop [Version] Settings folder to the desktop or somewhere safe for a back-up of your settings

  • Open Photoshop.

New preferences files will be created in their original location.

    Thank you,

    Cory
