I have had this problem since I first bought the program (I don't have the exact date on hand but I think it was early 2021), I decided finally to see what can be done.
When I open the program, I get a message about one or more plugins are currently not available... see attached 01.
I click OK, the program opens and I get a box which is part of one the installed plugins, I know this isn't anything to do with the error message, just sending so you see the sequence. see attached 02.
As suggested in the first error message, I clicked on System Info and pasted the result in to a Word doc.... attached.
I know I could just check "Don't show again", but I'd like to know what plugins are not available, and what I can do about it.
Hope you can help.

Windows 10 64-bit
Version: 10 10.0.19044.1645
Adobe Photoshop Version: 23.1.0 20211208.r.143 83e47c5 x64
Something very strange, I only received this on 26th (my time).
It was a timely reminder though... so I uninstalled Nik (it HAD been fully installed, not just part) and re-installed. I didn't think I could update as my version is the free one that Google made available years ago.
The new installation has been successful, I no longer get the error message after opening Photoshop, and the other message which listed parts of the program has been easily fixed in the settings, I set it not to show on

First, please don't post your email - this is a public form and that is inviting spammers to hit you up.
There are a couple of different ways to tackle this.
You can check and manage your plugin statuses in the CC desktop app:
https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/using/photoshop-marketplace-plugins.html
Or you can disable them when you start up: Hold the shift key when launching PS. It will ask to confirm.
Have you reinstalled plugins after you upgradeded your Photoshop to v 23?
The Nik Collection has various plugins - having one of the panels open when you launch is somewhat telling. You may be missing components of the package. Nik does require a new install when upgrading your PS.

Thanks for your very prompt answer... sorry about the email address, can it be removed?
Thanks for the links, I'll check them out tomorrow.
Re Nik collection, I can't remember. I'll look at that too, maybe uninstall and re-install.
I'll get back to you.

You have at least part of the Nik collection installed - that is why the panel is showing up with Color FX.
The moderators will remove your email.

My plug-ins have always survived Photoshop updates except for yesterday's. The new 23.3.1 Photoshop (Mac) build seems to have fixed the "select subject" problem but has lost every one of my installed plugins, including the Nik DXO suite, Portrait Pro and Filter Forge though the finder still shows them where they have always been. This is seriously dusrupting my work flow.

Did you run updates for your Nik filters?
Plugins do not auto update with Photoshop updates.
If you plan to run an update I would check the plugin vendor site to make sure they work first.
