error al exportar en photoshop

Good evening, I do not know if it has happened to someone else that when exporting an image in photoshop it is pixelated or it damages the
attached file an image of the error to be able to show my problem more carefully.
I have replaced my hard drive with a solid-state one thinking that that might be the problem but it remains the same, please I need help

I'm not sure why the image looks like this, but you should export photographs as jpg, not PNG, which is intended for graphics with solid colors. Jpg should also give you a much smaller file size.

I normaly save as jpg o was just testing yo see if changing it to png makes any diference

Does turning off »Use Graphics Processor« in the Performance Preferences (Photoshop > Preferences > Performance > Graphic Processor Settings) and restarting Photoshop have any bearing on the issue? 

 

What have you done for trouble-shooting so far? 

Restoring Preferences after making sure all customized presets like Actions, Patterns, Brushes etc. have been saved might be a good starting point:

Thanks for your repply, i have gone as far as a Windows clean install, changed my HDD for a new SSD reinstaled Photoshop reseted all preferenses and nothing seems yo work

Does the noise also appear when you preview at 100%?
