Have you changes any of the system fonts on your machine? The Arrow and the mouse may be a character in a system font like webdings or wingdings.

I ask If you if you changed any system font.  Adobe may be using a font that has that triangle as a character.   If Adobe is using  a font  for that triangle I do not know which don't know which font the would be.  That I see the triangles and mouse characters in different fonts install on my windows system in webdings and wingdings fonts.   The Black and white triangle seem to me in wingdings 3 on my system. The mouse character is not in the font.   If you are using Windows Preview Wingdings 3 see if it looks like the one I posted. But the characters would not be ts same values it the font was install with a the wrong name..
