Hello there

I had an issue with reinstalling photoshop for weeks and the error code was 106, it used to stuck at 60%

I fixed it by deleting this folder:

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\Installers"

And it worked for me

The official solution from Adobe for Error 106 is "Retry". I'm glad that worked for you!
