ERROR EN PHOTOSHOP

Hola ,

En lo que va de tarde , se ha bloqueado 5 veces PS. Con la consiguinete perdida de parte del trabajo....

Tengo la ultima versión.

Alguien me puede echar una mano??

 Por el momento , desde que he reestablecido los ajustes de fabrica en la configuración 3D , no se me ha vuelto a colgar. (toco madera)

De momento no voy a tocar nada mas...... a ver si termino la tarde sin mas problemas......

Bueno , pues hemos salvaado la tarde...... desde que he reseteado la configuración 3D de la grafica , no me ha dado mas problemas....  Gracias por la ayuda!!!

Try rolling back from the latest drivers to the November release: https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.aspx/194380/en-us/

Otra vez!!! es desesperante!!!

No entiendo.... tengo los mismos parametros , pluggins , accesorios que hace dias , y empezo a colgarse constantemente ayer!!

Ah!! vale!! te refieres a la garfica integrada del procesador. 

Debo desinstalarla/anularla  o algo?? siempre ha estado asi , y no se me congaba PS de estas maneras.....

 2 GPUs????  yo solo tengo instalada 1 trajeta grafica , quadro P400. No entiendo lo de 2 GPUs....

 

 Complementos , tengo los mismos complemetos desde hace 5-10 años , y nunca me han dado problemas... Por que ahora???

 Lo unico que hice ayer fué instalar un disco solido WD Black SN850 , como almacen.

 

 Dameer K , gracias, pero ya hice la configuración a traves de nvidia. Voy a volver a hacerla con los videso del enlace.....

    Holà, I see two GPUs, they might compete, check: this help document: https://helpx.adobe.com/photoshop/kb/troubleshoot-gpu-graphics-card.html#GPUandgraphicsdrivertroubleshootingsteps

     

    Also, try disabling all the plugins, they are maybe the cause of the problem, all users do not experience it, or we would have millions of such posts. 

    You can hold Shift as you start Photoshop to avoid loading plugins, try the operations that make Photoshop crash and let us know of the outcome.
