Hi All,
I'm submitting this question because I have explore all resources and couldn't find a solution on Window. I'm working with a developer as a designer to release an app on Appstore, the developer returned my app icon with an error to be fixed and I have checked I can't find where to remove alpha channel from my app icon image. Error ITMS-90717: "Invalid App Store Icon"
Please help and walk me through how I can remove alpha channel from the image in the attached file.
Thank you
Photoshop does not have an alpha channel, exactly. It is turned to transparency when you open. Turned back to alpha when you save. Make sure you remove all transparency, or if there is an option to do so, turn off transparency when you export/save the PNG.

Oh.. I appreciate the response, I must say that I never thought of the transparency checked box when export / save, so I unchecked it and resubmit which I can now confirmed that it pass now.
Once again thank you for your timely response.
Regards
