When trying to update to camera raw 9.1.1 in CS6 I continue to get this error message:

Update could not be applied.

The error log file may help you in identifying the problem. Then, try updating again. If the problem persist, contact customer support for further assistance.

Error log:

Photoshop Camera Raw 9.1.1 (CS6)

There was an error downloading this update. Please quit and try again later. Error code: U43M1D207

I've been in touch with different customer support reps for hours trying to fix this. It updated fine on my desktop but will not update on my laptop. I have uninstalled and reinstalled photoshop, I have set my computer date back to 10-1-2011.

Most recent customer support rep sent me here. Any advice?

Here are the 9.1.1 installer files:

mac

Depending on what macOS your using you may need to follow the directions here under Creative Suite 6

to complete the camera raw 9.1.1 install.

See if installing an updated Adobe Application Manager makes any difference:

Hi! how are you trying to download? from a server? try a different browser. Can you move the installer from the desktop?

Do you have agressive anti-viruses, or hosts settings that are not default?

I'm going into photoshop - help - updates and it launches Adobe Application Manager.

How would I download from a browser?

No I do not have any anti-viruses and the only setting I have is that I have to put in a password before any downloads, and it's letting me do that part. But that's am Mac setting, I can't turn that off
