Error messages after latest update to Adobe Photoshop 2020

Can anyone help, please? After just doing the latest update to Adobe Photoshop 2020 I am getting two error messages:

1) Error reading machine specific preferences. They will be reset to defaults.

2) Error message as per the attached screenshot.

Have you tried updating your GPU driver from the manufacturers website, it will be either Intel, Nvidia or AMD, I'll move the thread to the Photoshop forum
