Error Messages and Adobe Support Number?

Hi everyone, I've been getting error messages about Adobe Photoshop. It wont let me create a new file, or open a prexisting file, and it also wont let me exit out of the programs at times. I've been searching for the solutions to the problem and none of them have worked, and my Campus IT also cannot find a solution to this problem. I was hoping to maybe get in contact with someone from Adobe to help me troubleshoot the possible solutions, since the problem keeps reoccurring with no results. Does anyone know the email or number? I cant seem to find it.. 😕😕
