Error occur

Hi!

When I start to make a new PSD in adobe photoshop than after clicking on the create button this error has occurred.  The photoshop I am using now is Adobe photoshop cc 2019 but this error also comes in my adobe photoshop cc 2017. I am thankful to you if you reply to me as soon as possible as project is being too late by this issue.

How much free space is available on the Scratch Disks? 

Do you use the startup disk as primary Scratch Disk?

In Photoshop you can try using

Edit > Purge > All 

to purge some of the scratch data.
