Error occur

Hi!

When I start to make a new PSD in adobe photoshop than after clicking on the create button this error has occurred.  The photoshop I am using now is Adobe photoshop cc 2019 but this error also comes in my adobe photoshop cc 2017. I am thankful to you if you reply to me as soon as possible as project is being too late by this issue.
