error photoshop

Desde que se ha actualizado la nueva version de photoshop me pone error de preferencias y que reinicie y lo hago y nada sigue el error y se queda bloqueado y no me deja retocar imagenes y tengo mucho trabajo ahora con comuniones, que puedo hacer o como solucionar este error que me bloquea.

Does it work correctly? 

If that doesn't solve it, you can quit Photoshop and put the Settings folder back. 

It may help if we could see your Photoshop System Info. Launch Photoshop, and select Help >System Info...and copy/paste the text in a reply.

Lo que me sugiere es que desinstale el photoshop y lo vuelva  a instalar, no perdere nada?

Hi @Nurgaral it appears that Ps is having issues syncing with your presets. We are not sure how many you have made/changed from default etc but to get you to a functioning state we need to have a clean install with all default settings, then you could try to figure out what might be corrupt or causing this.

You may also try rolling back a version of Ps that didn't have this issue to see if that works:
