since i did the subscription this year, i had problems, everyday new problems, and i am really done now of that ............ i copied the error from photosop diagonistic and share it with and i hope you help me because i have clients who wait .

Before you installed this version, did you run the Cleaner Tool to remove all traces of any previous versions?

You didn't say what the problems are that you are having. Can you tell us that? For instance, some of the problems we are seeing are related to GPUs. I'm not saying your problems are, because we don't even know what they are yet.

i already tried to unstill photoshop, but i didn't use the cleaner tool, i
will see how to do that and i will come back to you

I unstilled by using the cleaner tool and nothing changed sadly 😞

@Mohammad32577604aty2 unforunately when using cracked software you may have gotten more than you bargained for and picked up some extra installs that are now conflicting with your legitimate software.

Lets start with this - Go to Photoshop Help Menu/System Info and copy/paste details in a reply. Post only once as the system takes time to process the large amount of data.
