Error when export artboard to files

Hello everyone,

I use photoshop cc 2019 and I created a file with some artboards.

The few days ago, I always use Export - Artboard to Files ...  It worked. But these days, when I do it again, it have an error and warning like this.

I tried some ways with the script but there is no hope (even I reinstall the photosop, this error still happen *cry) 

Please help!!!
